Acceptance of Terms 1.1 Legal Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (hereinafter, "User"), and CertiGlobal (hereinafter, "CertiGlobal", "we", or "the Institution"), regarding access to and use of CertiGlobal's official website and any related application or service (the "Site"). 

 

 

1.2 Nature of Services CertiGlobal is an institution specialized in the strategic management and structuring of international certifications. The certifications available through the Site are issued by Certiprof®, the international entity issuing such certifications. By accessing the Site and using the services, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. 

 

 

1.3 Non-Acceptance If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using the Site and the services offered.

 

 

1.4 Incorporation of Additional Policies The following policies form an integral part of these Terms: Privacy Policy , Cookie Policy , Cancellation and Refund Policy.

 

1.5 Modifications CertiGlobal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will become effective upon its publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of such modifications.

 

 

1.6 Territorial Scope The Site is directed to users over 18 years of age. If the User is a minor according to the applicable law in their jurisdiction, they must have legal authorization to use the services. Access from jurisdictions where the use of the Site is contrary to the law will be the sole responsibility of the User.

 

2. Acceptable Use 2.1 Purpose The Site must be used exclusively for purposes related to the acquisition and management of international certifications issued by Certiprof® or other valid international certification bodies. 

 

 

2.2 Restrictions The User agrees not to: 

 

  • Use the Site for illicit purposes.

     

  • Systematically reproduce or extract information without authorization.

     

  • Create fake accounts or use fraudulent information.

     

  • Interfere with the Site's security systems.

     

  • Use automated tools for data extraction.

     

  • Attempt to access confidential information of other users.

     

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercialize exam codes without express authorization.

     

CertiGlobal reserves the right to suspend accounts for any breach.

 

3. Information Provided by the User 3.1 User Declarations The User declares that: 

  • All provided information is truthful, complete, and updated.

     

  • They will maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.

     

  • They have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

     

  • They will not use the identity of third parties.

     

 

3.2 Suspension or Termination CertiGlobal may suspend or cancel accounts when the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete. 

 

4. Certification and Exam Services 4.1 Nature of the Service CertiGlobal facilitates the access and activation of official exams corresponding to international certifications issued by Certiprof®. CertiGlobal is not the entity issuing the certifications, but rather manages their activation under a structured model. 

 

 

4.2 Exam Requirements The User must comply with the requirements established by the issuing entity. Exams must be completed within the assigned validity period. Results will be issued in accordance with the procedures established by Certiprof®. 

 

 

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds The cancellation and refund conditions will be subject to the current policy published by CertiGlobal and to the conditions established by the issuing entity. CertiGlobal may evaluate exceptional requests at its discretion. 

 

5. Intellectual Property 5.1 Rights over the Site All content on the CertiGlobal Site, including texts, design, structure, logos, proprietary brands, graphic elements, databases, functionalities, and institutional materials (hereinafter, "CertiGlobal Content"), is the property of CertiGlobal or is properly licensed. It is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 

 

 

5.2 Third-Party Content Certifications, certification names, registered trademarks, logos, and materials related to Certiprof® are the exclusive property of Certiprof®. CertiGlobal uses such marks under authorization in its capacity as an institution specialized in the management of international certifications issued by said entity. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any right over the trademarks or materials of Certiprof®. 

 

5.3 Unauthorized Use It is strictly prohibited to: 

 

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without authorization.

     

  • Use the CertiGlobal or Certiprof® trademarks without express permission.

     

  • Commercialize exam codes without authorization.

     

6. User-Generated Content 6.1 User Responsibility The User is responsible for any information, document, or content they upload or transmit through the Site. CertiGlobal will not be liable for claims arising from user-generated content. 

 

 

6.2 Prohibitions It is prohibited to upload content that is: 

 

  • Illegal

     

  • Fraudulent

     

  • Defamatory

     

  • Obscene

     

  • Infringing on third-party rights

     

CertiGlobal may remove such content and suspend the corresponding account.

 

7. Actions for Breach CertiGlobal reserves the right to: 

  • Suspend or cancel accounts

     

  • Block IP addresses

     

  • Deny access to services

     

  • Report illicit activities to competent authorities

     

Without prior notice.

 

8. Data Protection and Privacy CertiGlobal is committed to protecting Users' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site. When necessary to share information with Certiprof® for certification issuance purposes, such transfer will be carried out under adequate protection standards and solely for certification-related purposes. 

 

 

  • CertiGlobal does not guarantee that the Site will be free of interruptions or errors.

     

  • CertiGlobal will not be responsible for decisions made by the issuing entity regarding certifications, renewals, or updates.

     

  • CertiGlobal will not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of income, loss of business opportunities, or reputational damage arising from the use of the Site.

     

CertiGlobal's total cumulative liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This is standard in American technology companies. 

 

10. Modifications to the Site and Services CertiGlobal may: 

 

  • Modify the Site's content

     

  • Update services

     

  • Suspend functionalities

     

  • Adjust operational processes

     

Without prior notice, when necessary for operational or regulatory reasons.

 

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 11.1 Applicable Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

 

11.2 Jurisdiction The User agrees that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from the use of the Site or the services offered by CertiGlobal will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United States. CertiGlobal may, at its discretion, resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration. 

 

 

11.3 International Operation CertiGlobal operates globally. Access to the Site from jurisdictions outside the United States is at the sole risk of the User, who must comply with applicable local legislation.

RETURN POLICY

 

 

REFUND POLICY CertiGlobal Effective Date: 03/09/2025 

 

1. Scope This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through: 

 

CertiGlobal is an institution specialized in the strategic management of international professional certifications, facilitating access to international certification exams issued by Certiprof®, an accredited issuing entity. CertiGlobal does not design, create, administer, or evaluate the exams. 

 

2. Nature of the Service The products offered by CertiGlobal correspond to the activation of an international professional certification exam and include: 

 

  • Unique and non-transferable code

     

  • Two (2) exam attempts

     

  • Six (6) months validity to take the exam

     

  • Official study material

     

  • Official simulator with unlimited attempts

     

  • Digital credential issued via Credly

     

  • Certification with validity according to the issuer's regulations

     

All services are digital and delivered electronically.

 

3. General No Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the service and the exam activation process: All purchases are final and non-refundable once: 

  • The order has been confirmed; and

     

  • The exam code has been issued or activated.

     

This applies to:

 

  • International certification exams

     

  • Corporate certification plans

     

  • Renewals

     

  • Digital credentials

     

Once the activation process has started, the code cannot be revoked, canceled, or reassigned.

 

4. Technical or Access Issues If the user experiences: 

 

  • Incorrect credentials

     

  • Technical access failures or activation issues

     

They must notify immediately to:

 

CertiGlobal will coordinate with the issuing entity to resolve the incident.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal - European Union For clients located in the European Union (EEA): In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the client may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days following the purchase only if: 

 

  • The exam code has not been issued;

     

  • Access to the digital material has not been granted;

     

  • The official simulator has not been used.

     

By completing the purchase and requesting immediate activation, the user expressly accepts the execution of the digital service and waives their right of withdrawal once access is granted. Once the service is activated, no refunds will be granted. 

 

6. Corporate Purchases (B2B) In the case of corporate plans: 

 

  • Conditions are governed by the signed contract or agreement.

     

  • Volume activations are non-refundable once the codes have been issued.

     

  • Invoiced purchases follow the same non-refund conditions.

     

  • Custom corporate agreements may establish specific clauses.

     

7. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims Initiating a chargeback after having received digital access may be considered: 

 

  • Breach of contract

     

  • Fraudulent claim

     

CertiGlobal reserves the right to:

 

  • Suspend access

     

  • Invalidate active codes

     

  • Block future purchases

     

  • Initiate recovery processes before payment processors or legal instances

     

8. Limitation of Liability CertiGlobal acts as a strategic manager of the certification process. The exam structure, passing criteria, certificate issuance, and technical regulations are the exclusive responsibility of Certiprof®, the issuing entity. No refunds will be granted for: 

 

  • Exam results

     

  • Failure to pass

     

  • Changes in personal situation

     

  • Lack of preparation

     

  • Candidate scheduling issues

GENERAL EXAM POLICY

 

 

CertiGlobal

 

1. Scope This General Exam Policy regulates the activation, scheduling, administration, and conditions applicable to the international professional certification exams managed by CertiGlobal. CertiGlobal acts as a strategic management entity that facilitates access to exams issued by Certiprof®, an accredited issuing body. CertiGlobal does not design or evaluate the exams. 

 

2. Exam Activation and Scheduling Exams will be activated within an estimated period of up to 24 business hours after payment confirmation. The activation is carried out considering: 

 

  • Business days

     

  • Selected certification

     

  • Chosen language

     

Access will be sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase. It is the candidate's responsibility to verify the accuracy of their data before completing the acquisition. 

 

3. Exam Validity The purchase grants a validity of six (6) months to take the exam. Within that same period: 

 

  • The candidate must make their first attempt.

     

  • In case of failing, they must request the second attempt within the validity period by sending a request to: info@certiglobal.org


     

After 6 months, the exam will automatically expire without the right to a refund.

 

4. Second Attempt Policy (Retake) In case of failing the first attempt:

  • It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before requesting rescheduling.

     

  • From the third attempt onwards, the current fees established by the issuer will apply.

     

5. Reassignment It is not allowed to:

  • Transfer the exam to another person.

     

  • Modify the language once the activation code has been issued.

     

Each candidate must purchase their own exam. Activation codes are unique and non-transferable.

6. Absence (No-Show) If a candidate schedules their exam and does not take it:

  • The attempt will be considered consumed.

     

  • To take it again, they must use the available second attempt.

     

  • If both attempts have been used or have expired, the candidate must purchase a new exam at the current price.

     

7. Confidentiality of Results Individual results are confidential. The candidate will receive:

The information will not be shared with third parties without the candidate's prior written authorization. A request for a score review does not modify the pass / fail outcome.

8. No Refund Policy The acquisition of an international certification exam is subject to CertiGlobal's current Refund Policy. Once the exam code is activated, no refunds will be granted. This condition applies to both direct purchases and acquisitions made under corporate plans.

9. Transferability Exam scheduling is personal and non-transferable. The candidate's identity may be verified before or during the administration of the exam. Identity theft will result in the invalidation of the exam and possible future restrictions.


 

10. Disability Accommodations Policy CertiGlobal respects applicable accessibility laws. Candidates requiring reasonable accommodations due to a disability may request them prior to the exam by sending a documented request to: info@certiglobal.org The request may be subject to technical evaluation and additional processing times. In some cases, costs associated with the preparation of special conditions may apply. 

 

11. Policy Changes CertiGlobal reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust this policy when necessary to:

  • Address operational needs

     

Updates will be published on the official website. It is the candidate's responsibility to periodically review the current policies.

All international professional certifications identified under the name Certiprof® are issued exclusively by Certiprof LLC. CertiGlobal is not the holder or owner of the Certiprof® trademark. 

 

2. Specific Registered Trademarks SMPC®, SPOPC®, BCPC®, DEPC®, and DPTC® are registered trademarks owned by Certiprof® in the United States and other jurisdictions. CertiGlobal's use of these trademarks is strictly informational and descriptive, intended to identify the international professional certification exams managed through the corresponding issuer. All rights to these trademarks are reserved by their respective owners.

 

3. Nature of the Institutional Relationship CertiGlobal acts as a strategic management entity that facilitates the activation and structuring of international professional certification processes issued by Certiprof®. The use of registered trademarks does not imply: 

  • Ownership

     

  • Legal representation

     

  • Institutional membership

     

  • Corporate partnership

     

  • Joint venture

     

  • Corporate relationship other than the commercial and operational management of the certification process

     

Except when a formal, duly documented agreement exists. 

4. Issuer's Corporate Information Certiprof is a trade name of Certiprof LLC, a company registered in the United States. CertiGlobal recognizes and respects the legal, commercial, and intellectual property ownership of the corresponding issuer.
