At CertiGlobal, we sell digital products and services related to international professional certifications, including exam vouchers, exam access codes, preparation materials, exam simulators, access to the CertiGlobal Virtual Campus, and other digital resources associated with the certification process.

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are considered final once the order has been confirmed and the digital product, voucher, code, or access has been issued or delivered.

Digital Products and Online Services

All purchases of digital products, including certification vouchers, exam codes, virtual campus access, study materials, simulators, digital preparation resources, and certification-related services, are final and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and delivered.

Due to the nature of digital goods, CertiGlobal does not accept returns or issue refunds once the product, voucher, code, credential, or access has been issued, delivered, viewed, activated, scheduled, redeemed, used, or linked to the customer.

If the customer experiences any issues accessing the purchased product, they must contact our support team at info@certiglobal.org.

Exam Vouchers

Exam vouchers and exam access codes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable once issued or delivered.

Unless otherwise stated by the certification provider, each official exam voucher includes one exam attempt only.

Any additional attempt, retake, promotional benefit, bonus, or complementary access offered by CertiGlobal is considered an additional commercial benefit and does not modify the official nature, conditions, validity, or refund policy of the original exam voucher.

Additional attempts or complementary benefits may be subject to specific conditions, availability, eligibility requirements, activation procedures, expiration dates, or provider rules. These benefits are not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or by the certification provider, exam vouchers may have an expiration period. In many cases, certification vouchers are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase or issuance. The exact validity period may vary depending on the certification provider, exam type, or specific product conditions.

Exam Results and Refunds

Once the candidate has accessed, started, taken, or completed the certification exam, the official exam voucher will be considered fully used.

No returns, refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued after the exam has been taken, regardless of whether the candidate passes, fails, abandons the exam, does not complete it, or is dissatisfied with the result obtained.

The exam result depends exclusively on the candidate’s performance, compliance with exam conditions, and the criteria established by the certification provider or official exam platform.

Any additional attempt, retake, promotional benefit, or second attempt offered by CertiGlobal is considered an additional commercial benefit, subject to specific conditions, availability, eligibility, and activation rules. This benefit does not modify the non-refundable condition of the used official exam voucher.

Exam Scheduling and Rescheduling

The candidate is responsible for scheduling or rescheduling their exam according to the rules, deadlines, and procedures established by the certification provider or official exam platform.

If the candidate needs to reschedule their exam, they must follow the applicable rescheduling policy of the certification provider or official platform. Some exams may require rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time.

Rescheduling requests made outside the permitted timeframe may not be accepted, and the voucher may be considered used with no refund eligibility.

Any fees, restrictions, or conditions related to rescheduling are determined by the corresponding certification provider or official exam platform.

Failure to Attend the Exam

If the candidate fails to attend a scheduled exam and does not complete a valid reschedule within the permitted timeframe, the session may be recorded as a no-show.

In these cases, the voucher or exam access may be invalidated, considered used, or lost, according to the rules of the certification provider or official platform.

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a scheduled exam.

Technical Failures During the Exam

If a technical failure occurs during the exam and prevents its proper completion, the candidate must report the issue immediately to CertiGlobal and/or the corresponding certification provider or official exam platform.

CertiGlobal may provide reasonable support and guidance to help escalate or report the case when applicable. However, the final resolution, including possible reactivation, rescheduling, or replacement of the exam attempt, will depend on the certification provider, official exam platform, or applicable exam rules.

Technical failures do not automatically guarantee a refund.

Study Materials, Virtual Campus, and Digital Resources

Access to study materials, digital resources, exam simulators, and the CertiGlobal Virtual Campus cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once issued or delivered.

Access periods, availability, and terms of use may vary depending on the product purchased and the information stated on the product page.

Access to the CertiGlobal Virtual Campus, preparation materials, or simulators may be offered as part of the purchased product or as an additional benefit, as applicable. These resources do not modify the non-refundable policy applicable to the official exam voucher.

Promotional, Discounted, or Sale Items

Products purchased with discounts, coupons, promotions, special offers, or seasonal pricing are considered final sale.

Promotional purchases are not eligible for a refund once the digital product, voucher, code, or access has been confirmed, issued, or delivered.

Incorrect Product or Access Issue

If the customer believes they received the wrong voucher, incorrect access, or has an issue related to their order, they must contact CertiGlobal immediately at info@certiglobal.org.

If the issue is confirmed, CertiGlobal may correct the order, replace the access, provide the appropriate voucher, or offer a reasonable solution depending on the case.

This review does not guarantee a refund, especially if the digital product, voucher, code, or access has already been issued, delivered, activated, scheduled, redeemed, or used.

Customer Responsibility

Before completing a purchase, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the certification name, product description, exam features, included services, price, validity, terms of use, and any relevant information published on the product page.

By making a purchase from CertiGlobal, the customer acknowledges that they are acquiring a digital product related to international professional certifications and accepts that refund eligibility is limited once the order has been confirmed and the product, voucher, code, or access has been issued or delivered.

The customer also acknowledges that the exam result depends on their preparation, individual performance, and compliance with the conditions established by the certification provider or official exam platform.

European Union Customers

For customers located in the European Union, digital products may be subject to specific consumer protection rules, including withdrawal rights in certain cases.

However, once access to a digital product, voucher, exam code, virtual campus, digital material, or online content has been granted, accessed, downloaded, activated, scheduled, redeemed, or used, no refunds will be issued, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Currency and Refund Method

When a refund is approved under this policy, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

CertiGlobal sells its products in United States dollars —USD— unless otherwise stated. CertiGlobal does not guarantee currency conversion rates and is not responsible for exchange rate differences, bank fees, card issuer fees, taxes, payment provider fees, or any costs associated with the transaction.

Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method, bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Refund Requests Before Delivery

A refund request may be reviewed only if the voucher, code, or digital access has not yet been issued, delivered, activated, scheduled, redeemed, used, or linked to the customer.

All refund requests must be submitted to info@certiglobal.org and must include the customer’s full name, order number, email address used for the purchase, and reason for the request.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each case will be reviewed according to the status of the order and the digital product purchased.
